  • The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 9/2/1443H, and its Implementing Regulations issued by SDAIA

  • Any other applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, CITC, or other competent Saudi authorities

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
